“It also makes our head of department jobs easier because they can just approve expenses anytime and anywhere through their mobile device or laptop, instead of dealing with a pile of documents on their desk to sign before reimbursements can proceed for payment,” says Alan Sze, deputy GM of business process and IT for Ocean Network Express.
