During SAP Concur Fusion 2021 - Customers Success Day on Mar 19, we recognised 3 Southeast Asia customers who had done exceptionally well in varying areas of their journey implementing SAP Concur's solutions. These customers have shown agility in pivoting to the new norms and adjusted their operations and the way they approach the Concur platform, to ensure they maximised the benefits from their Concur investment.

DFS Group

DFS Group was recognised for their speed in implementing and rolling out SAP Concur. As one of the pioneer Luxury Travel Retailers in the world, DFS Group has a network that spans across 4 continents offering its clients over 750 of the world’s most desired brands. When DFS Group implemented SAP Concur in late 2019, the intent was to move from manual processes to digital automation to achieve time savings for their employees, thereby allowing them to focus on more value-added tasks. Through the platform, DFS Group also wanted to drive better spend governance and compliance. Working closely with a local implementation team, DFS Group was able to deploy Concur solutions to 14 countries in in a short span of 4 months. This fast deployment was enabled by extensive preparation and detailed design to identify objectives for each project and country. They were incredibly successful in handling Change Management by ensuring that key user training and live in-person roadshows were conducted, through partnership with the Concur Implementation team.

 

National University of Singapore (NUS)

National University of Singapore (NUS) is Singapore’s flagship university who is globally ranked as the top 20 universities in the world and top 3 in Asia Pacific. NUS is a comprehensive research university, offering a wide range of disciplines, including the sciences, medicine and dentistry, design and environment, law, arts and social sciences, engineering, business, computing and music at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. They focus on excellence in all that they do and this is evident in their deployment of Concur Travel and Expense. As part of their official launch, they produced a short Netflix-quality video, which highlighted the end-to-end solution and key benefits their staff could expect. The video also starred members of the leadership team, including their president, to help drive excitement throughout the organisation. This commitment by the project and leadership team is why they’ve achieved over 90% adoption within the first 6 months of go-live. It is not surprising to see why NUS is the winner of the SAP Concur Southeast Asia Award for being the Most Creative in Driving Adoption.

Dräger (Asia, Africa and Australia​)

Dräger is an international leader in the fields of medical and safety technology. Founded in Lubeck in 1880, this family-run business has grown into a global and listed enterprise with more than 14,500 employees and presence in over 190 countries. With their deep focus on employee productivity and experience, and also to achieve better control and compliance, Draeger embarked on the Concur journey since 2018 in Asia. Since then, there was no turning back as they continue to drive adoption and optimizstion of the platform, leading to expansion beyond Asia, to the US and currently in active planning phase to drive full expansion across the globe. Dräger has been recognised as a client who lean-in and for being a Visionary in Driving Expansion.
